Norrington: "You are without doubt the worst pirate I've ever heard of."
Jack: "But you have heard of me."
Norrington: "Vous êtes sans doutes le pire pirate dont j'ai jamais entendu parler"

Will: "You're the one they're hunting. The pirate."
Jack: "You seem somewhat familiar. Have I threatened you before?"
Will: "I make a point of avoiding familiarity with pirates."
Jack: "Ah. Well, it would be a shame to put a black mark on your record. If you'll excuse me–"
(He moves to the door but Will grabs a sword, stopping him)
Jack: "You think this wise, boy, crossing blades with a pirate?"
Will: "You threatened Ms. Swann."
Jack: "Only a little."
Will: "Tu es celui qu'ils chassent. Le pirate"
Jack: "Tu me sembles vaguement familier. T'aurais-je déjà menacé auparavant ?"
Will: "Je prends bien soin à éviter les familiarités avec les pirates."
Jack: "Ah, bien, ce serait honteux de t'imposer ma marque. Si tu m'excuses..."
(Il bouge vers la porte mais Will prend une épée et l'arrête)
Jack: "Crois-tu que ce soit sage, mon gars ? Croiser le fer avec un pirate ?"
Will: "Tu as menacé Mlle Swann"
Jack: "Juste un petit peu"

(Jack and Will fight, jumping into the area where all the swords are hanging.)
Jack: "Who makes all these?"
Will: "I do! And I practice with them – three hours a day!"
Jack: "You need to find yourself a girl, mate!"
(They continue fighting once more, until they block each others swords)
Jack: "Or, perhaps the reason you practice three hours a day is that you already found one, and are otherwise uncapable of wooing said strumpet. You're not a eunuch, are you?" (looks down)
Will: "I practice three hours a day, so when I meet a pirate, I can kill it!"
(Jack et Will se battent, sautent sur la surface où sont rangées les épées)
Jack: "Qui a fait tout ça ?"
Will: "Moi ! Et je m'entraine avec 3 heures par jour !"
Jack: "Tu aurais besoin de te trouver une fille, camarade !"
(Ils continuent de se battrent une nouvelle fois, jusqu'à ce qu'ils bloquent leurs épées)
Jack: "Ou, peut-être que la raison pour laquelle tu t'entraines 3 heures par jour est que tu en as déjà trouvée une, mais que tu es incapable de combler ladite femelle. Tu n'es pas un eunuque au moins ?" (Il regarde en bas)
Will: "Je m'entraine 3 heures par jour car quand je rencontrerai un pirate, je pourrai le tuer !"

Will: "You cheated."
Jack: "...Pirate!"
(Jack lifts his pistol, pointing it at Will)
Jack: "Move away!"
Will: "No!"
Jack: "Please move?!"
Will: "No! I cannot just step aside and let you escape!"
Jack: (cocks pistol) "This shot was not meant for you."
Will: "Tu as triché !"
Jack: "Pirate !"
(Jack sort son pistolet et le pointe vers Will)
Jack : "Pousse toi !"
Will: "Non!"
Jack : "S'il te plait, pousse toi !"
Will : "Non ! Je ne peux me bouger et te laisser t'échaper !"
Jack : (Il prépare le pistolet) "Cette balle ne t'était pas destinée"

Will: "We're gonna steal a ship. That ship?"
Jack: "Comandeer. We're gonna comandeer that ship. Nautical term."
(Jack turns to face Will)
Jack: "One question about your business, boy. There's no use going. This girl.. How far are you willing to go to save her?"
Will: "I'd die for her."
Jack. "Oh, good. No worries then."
Will: "On va voler un navire. Ce navire ?"
Jack: "Réquisitionner. On va réquisitionner ce navire. Terme nautique."
(Jack se retourne vers Will)
Jack: "Une question à propos de tes intentions, mon gars. Où c'est inutile de partir. Cette fille.... Jusqu'où irai-tu pour elle ?"
Will: "Je mourrais pour elle."
Jack : "Oh, bien, me voilà rassuré !"

(Will and Jack travel to the Dauntless underwater using the small boat while walking under it)
Will: "This is either madness or brilliance."
Jack: "It's remarkable how often those two traits coincide."
(Will et Jack voyagent vers l'Intrépide sous l'eau, en utilisant le cannot)
Will: "C'est de la folie ou de la brillance?"
Jack: "C'est remarquable comme ces deux traits coincident souvent."

(Jack and Will go down to the Dauntless' deck, Jack holding a gun while Will wields a sword)
Jack: "Everyone stay calm! We are taking over the ship."
Will: "Aye! Avast!"
(The crew starts laughing while Jack looks over at Will strangely. Will raises his eyebrows, an innocent expression.)

Jack: "Que tout le monde reste tranquille, nous contrôlons ce bateau!"

(L'équipage commence à rire pendant que Jack regarde bizaremment Will. Will lève les sourcils avec une expression inoncente)

Jack: "Do you have the courage and the fortitude to follow orders and stay true in the face of danger and almost certain death?"
Jack: "Avez vous le courage et l'audace de suivre des ordres et de ne pas fuir face au danger et presque certainement à la mort ?"

(Mr. Gibbs talks about the Black Pearl crew marooning Jack on an island)
Mr. Gibbs: "...But not before he got mad with hate."
Will: "Ah. So that's the reason for the.." (he raises an eyebrow and lifts his hands, doing an impression of Jack, quite drunkenly)
(Mr Gibbs parle de l'équipage du Black Pearl qui a abandonné Jack sur une île déserte)
M. Gibbs: "...Mais pas avant que la chaleur le rende fou."
Will: "Ah, c'est la raison pour......" (Il lève un sourcil et écarte ses mains, immitant l'expression de Jack, comme un saôul)

(Mr. Gibbs tells Will a ridiculous story about how Captain Jack got off an island, with only a pistol and one bullet by finding some sea turtles and roping them together)
Will: "What did he use for rope?"
Mr. Gibbs: "Uh, well..."
(They both look up and see Jack standing there)
Jack: "Human hair. From my back."
(M. gibbs raconte à Will une histoire ridicule comme quoi Jack s'échappe de l'île avec juste un pistolet et une balle et a attaché un couple de tortues de mer et a fait un radeau.)
Will: "Qu'est-ce qu'il a utilisé pour la corde ?"
MrGibbs: "Oh, et bien...."
(Tous deux regardent Jack qui est près d'eux)
Jack: "Des poils humains........ceux de mon dos."

Jack: (to Will) "Do us a favor...I know it's hard...but stay here, and try not to do anything...stupid."
Jack: (à Will) " Fais nous une faveur.... je sais que c'est dur.... mais reste ici, et essaye de ne pas faire quelque chose de... stupide"

Jack: "You forgot one very important thing mate... I'm Captain Jack Sparrow."
Jack: "Tu as oublié une chose très importante, camarade. Je suis le Capitaine Jack Sparrow!"

Jack: "Stop blowing holes in my ship!"
Jack: "Arrêtez de percer mon navire!"

Barbossa: "Thank you, Jack."
Jack: "You're welcome."
Barbossa: "No, not you. We named the monkey Jack."
Barbossa: "Merci Jack!"
Jack: "Je t'en pris."
Barbossa: "Non, pas toi. Nous avons appelé le singe Jack."

(Will points his pistol at Barbossa)
Barbossa: "You've only got one shot and we can't die."
Jack: ( to Will) "Don't do anything stupid"
(Will darts back, jumping on the edge of the ship while pointing the pistol to his chin)
Will: "You can't. I can."
Jack: "Like that"
Barbossa: "Who are you?"
(Jack runs up and puts himself between Will and Barbossa)
Jack: "No one! He's no one! Distant cousin of my aunt's nephew. Twice removed. Lovely singing voice though. Eunuch!"
(Will pointe son révolver sur Barbossa)
Barbossa: "Tu as seulement une balle et nous ne pouvons pas mourir"
Jack: (à Will) "Ne fais pas quelque chose de stupide..."
(Will fait demi tour et monte sur la rembarde et pointe le révolver sur son cou)
Will: "Vous ne pouvez pas, mais moi si!"
Jack: "... Comme ça"
Barbossa: "Qui es-tu ?"
(Jack court et se place entre Will et Barbossa)
Jack: "Personne! Il n'est personne. Un cousin distant du neveu de ma tante au second degré. Une très belle voix. Un eunuque!"

Elizabeth: "So that's it, then? That's the journey of the imfamous Captain Jack Sparrow? You spent three days, lying on a beach drinking rum?"
Jack: (lifts rum bottles) "Welcome to the Caribbean, love."
Elizabeth: "Alors, c'est ça, hein? C'est l'histoire du célèbre Capitaine Jack Sparrow? Vous avez passé trois jours, allongé sur une plage à boire du rhum?"
Jack: (Ecarte ses bouteilles de rhum) "Bienvenue aux Caraibes, chérie."

Jack: "Why is the rum gone?"
Elizabeth: "One, because it is a vile drink that turns even the most respectable men into complete scoundrels. Two, that signal is over a thousand feet high. The entire Royal Navy is out looking for me, do you really think that there is even the slightest chance that they won’t see it?"
Jack: "But why is the rum gone?"
Jack: "Pourquoi ya plus de rhum?"
Elizabeth: "Un, parce que c'est une boisson vicieuse qui transforme l'homme le plus respectable en un homme de bas étage. Et de deux, ce signal monte à plus de 300 mètres. Toute la flotte royale est à ma recherche, et vous pensez vraiment qu'il n'auront pas une chance de nous voir?"
Jack: "Mais pourquoi ya plus de rhum?"

Jack: "Must've been terrible for you to be trapped here on the island, Jack– (puts on a falsetto voice, mocking Elizabeth) 'Must've been terrible for you.' Well it bloody is now!" (he stops walking along the beach, spotting a ship) "There'll be no living with her after this."
Jack: "Ca doit être terrible pour vous d'être prisonnier sur cette île, Jack (Prend une vois fluette pour immiter Elizabeth) 'Ca a du être terrible pour vous' Et bien ça l'est maintenant ! (Il s'arrête de marcher au long de la plage et voit un bateau) ... Elle va être invivable après ça!"

Jack: "A wedding! I love weddings. Drinks all around!"
Jack: " Un mariage! J'adore les mariages! Tournée générale!"

Will: "Where is Elizabeth?"
Jack: (slaps guys hand) "She's safe just like I promised, she's set to marry Norrington just like she promised, and you get to die for her just like you promised. So you see we are all men of our word really... except for Elizabeth, who is, in fact, a woman."
Will: "Ou est Elizabeth?"
Jack : (Frappe la main du gars) "Elle est en sureté, comme je l'ai promis, prête à épouser Norrington, comme elle l'a promis, et toi tu es prêt à mourir pour elle, comme tu l'as promis. Donc tu vois, nous sommes tous des hommes de paroles.... sauf Elizabeth qui est en fait une femme."

Jack: "Me, I'm dishonest, and with a dishonest man you can always trust him to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you have to watch out for, because you never know when he's going to turn around and do something incredibly (looks to Will) stupid!"
Jack: "Moi, je suis malhonnête, et c'est toujours un homme honnête que tu dois croire comme étant malhonnête. Honnêtement, c'est des plus honnêtes dont tu dois te méfier, parce que tu ne sait jamais quand il va faire quelque chose d'incroyablement (regarde vers Will) stupide."

Jacobi to Will : "I will teach you the meaning of pain !"
Elizabeth : " You like pain ? " ( she hits Jacobi ) "Try wearing a corset"
Jacobi à Will: "Je vais t'apprendre la signification de la douleur!"
Elizabeth: "Vous aimez souffrir? (elle frappe Jacobi) Essayez de porter un corset!"

Governor Swann: "On our return to Port Royal, I granted you clemency and this is how you thank me? By throwing in your lot with him? He’s a pirate!"
Will: "And a good man." (Jack points to himself proudly) "If all I have achieved here is that the hangman will earn two pairs of boots instead of one, so be it. At least my conscience will be clear."
Norrington: "You forget your place, Turner."
Will: "It’s right here, between you and Jack."
Gouverneur Swann: "A notre retour à Port Royal, je vous ai gracié, et c'est ainsi que vous me remerciez? En vous associant avec lui? C'est un pirate!"
Will: "Et un homme bien! " (Jack pointe fièrement son doigt vers lui) "Si je dois en finir ici et si le bourreau a deux paires de bottes au lieu d'une, qu'il en soit ainsi. Au moins ma conscience sera tranquille."
Norrington: "Vous oubliez votre place, Turner"
Will: "Elle est ici. Entre vous et Jack."

Jack: (notices the parrot) "Well! I’m actually feeling rather good about this." (to Governor Swann) "I think we've all reached a very special place, I say? Spiritually, ecumenically, grammatically?" (to Norrington) "I want you to know that I was rooting for you, mate. Know that. Elizabeth …it would never have worked between us, darling. I’m sorry. Will …nice hat. Men! This is the day that you will always remember as the day that you–" (falls over battlement)
Jack: (Remarquant le perroquet) "Bien! Je suis plutôt d'accord avec tout ça." (au Gouverneur Swann) "Je pense que nous avons toujours eu de bons rapports, non? Spirituels, oeucumenicaux, grammaticaux?" (à Norrington) "Je veux que vous sachiez que j'ai toujours été de votre côté, camarade. Sachez le!" (A Elizabeth) "Elizabeth, ça n'aurait jamais marché entre nous, chérie. Je suis désolé." (à Will) "Will?... Joli chapeau. (à tous) Mes amis! C'est le jour dont vous vous souviendrez tous comme le jour où vous -" (il tombe par dessus la muraille)

(Jack looks out over the wheel of the Black Pearl)
Jack: "Bring me that horizon."
(He looks down at his compass, then starts to mutter the Pirate's Life for Me song)
Jack: "...And really bad eggs. Drink up, me 'arties, yo ho!"
(Jack regarde au loin du Black Pearl, en tenant la barre)
Jack: "Apportez moi cet horizon."
(Il regarde son compas, et commence à chantonner "A Pirate's Life for me")
Jack: "... de vrais méchants. Trinquons, mes jolis, yo ho !"
